P.A.U.S.E - Mindfulness

Transforming Students' Lives: Introducing P.A.U.S.E. Mindfulness Programs
for Effective Life Management

Mindfulness is –

being aware of what is happening right now, without judgement.

Benefits of Mindfulness –

A regular practice can allow you to feel more calm, have better focus and gain better confidence in yourself.

I coach students online. Every lesson includes a Mindfulness session. Why? Because I know it helps. It helps students who often feel worried, stressed and even anxious. They learn skills and get tools that they can incorporate in their everyday lives to be able to better manage life.

Every lesson is private and confidential. Since every student is unique and everyone experiences Mindfulness differently, every single student gets her or his own personalised program.

Who doesn’t want their child – pre-teen, teenager or young adult- to be able to better manage their difficult emotions and flow through life with more ease?

With P.A.U.S.E. Mindfulness programs, I want to give every student the chance to know how to manage their lives the best way possible, using tools that will become a part of who they are.

I also organise workshops! Together with my friend Jennifer Frye, we organise workshops for parents and teenagers. These are a great way to spend a few hours of quality time together learning about Mindfulness and how the exercises can be used in everyday life to perhaps live with a bit more ease.

Follow me on social media to find out when the workshops will be happening!

A few recommendations:

I started taking mindfulness meditation classes with Annika nearly 4 years ago, while I was studying for my Maturité. Without her help and visualization exercises, I wouldn’t have done so well! Now that I’m at university, the methods we worked on and that she taught me are all the more useful and help me to move forward.

I highly recommend Annika Woehr, a dedicated and skilled mindfulness teacher who works with students of all ages, especially teenagers and young adults. Her teaching approach is both caring and effective, enabling her students to develop valuable skills for managing stress and the challenges of everyday life. With her expertise in meditation and mindfulness, Annika helps her students cultivate greater awareness of their thoughts and emotions, offering them practical tools to successfully navigate moments of tension. Her passion for mental and emotional well-being is reflected in her commitment to creating a safe and encouraging learning environment, where everyone feels supported and valued. As an experienced and empathetic practitioner, Annika has a lasting positive impact on her students’ lives, helping them to develop greater resilience and a sense of inner calm. I highly recommend her services to anyone looking for resources to cultivate better mental and emotional health.
